Does Mobile iPhone Spy work on my phone?
Mobile iPhone Spy works on smartphones which run the Windows Mobile operating system. A partial list of compatible phones can be found here. Any version of Windows Mobile is supported, including Windows Mobile 2003, 2003 SE, 5.0 and 6.0. Your phone must be able to upload via GPRS which is included with almost every phone. For the Apple iPhone, it must be a iPhone 3G. Mobile iPhone Spy will not run on first generation iPhones at this time. You do not need 3G access to use Mobile iPhone Spy. However your phone needs to be the 3G model.
What versions of Windows Mobile is Mobile iPhone Spy compatible with?
Mobile iPhone Spy works on any version of Windows Mobile including Windows Mobile 2003, 2003 SE, 5.0 and 6.0.

I am receiving an Invalid Login message on my phone!
You might have recently changed your password inside your Mobile iPhone Spy account. The phone will need to be told the new password. If this is not the case then your trial period or subscribed period has expired.
How do I change logging settings?
You should open Mobile iPhone Spy on your phone by using the secret key sequence. Just dial #123456789* and wait for the login screen to appear. The call will disconnect. Then click Options and change the settings to meet your needs. Then when you are finished, select HIDE to hide the program.
How do I change my Mobile iPhone Spy password?
To change your password, first login to your account. Then click the “Change Password” link on the left side menu. Enter your current password and the new password twice to confirm. IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do this you will also need to change it on your phone. Otherwise Mobile iPhone Spy will display an Invalid Login message.
